Alcohol Sensor

Alcohol Sensor Device

In order to curb the global effects of alcohol impaired driving our research & development team have developed and patented  an innovative Vehicle Alcohol Sensor Device. The sensor detects the attentiveness of alcohol l gas in the air and an analog voltage is an output reading. The sensor can activate at temperatures ranging from -10 to 50° C

How does Alcohol Sensor work?

Before the driver takes the vehicle to the road, he/she needs to blow on the device’s graphene sensor. If the device detects alcohol content above the prescribed limit set by the Motor Vehicle Act, the vehicle’s engine will fail to start.

Can the device be bypassed?

Bypassing the sensor is very difficult. If any person other than the driver  attempts to blow on the graphene sensor, it will activate an infrared feature in the device, halting the vechicle starting process altogether.

The sensor device also features a passenger alert system which detects the driver’s eye movements indicating that the driver is feeling drowsy or intoxicated.

The device is equipped with:

GPRS-GSM
Biometric Technologies
Automated SOS call
